FCR Announces Promotion of Dan Welliver to Senior Director

Mr. Welliver joined FCR in September of 2014 as the Site Director of FCR’s contact center in Grants Pass, Oregon. As the Site Director of Grants Pass, Welliver oversaw contact center operations for the location, which provides customer service offerings to nearly 15 clients and employs over 300 colleagues locally. In addition to his service with FCR, Welliver has over a decade of Operations management experience, working for companies such as Convergys, Stream Global Services, and Best Buy.
