FCR Announces Promotion of DeAnne Schultz To Coos Bay Site Director

FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the promotion of DeAnne Schultz to the position of Site Director for the company’s center in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Ms. Schultz joined the company in January of 2014 as a Program Manager at FCR’s Grants Pass location where she successfully managed several different programs. Prior to FCR, Schultz worked for four years as a Social Media Specialist for Amazon. She also held various managerial positions, including as a Food and Beverage Controller at Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland, in addition to owning two of her own businesses.
