EUGENE, OR – June 8, 2017

FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the opening of their newest contact center in Great Falls, Montana. The company recently hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new site in downtown Great Falls on Monday evening, officiated by the Great Falls Chamber of Commerce.

Co-founders John Stadter and Matthew Achak, as well as Katheryn Carnahan, President of FCR, were in attendance and spoke at the event, as did City Commissioner Bill Bronson, who welcomed FCR to the city. Also in attendance was Steve L’Heureax of LPW Architects who worked to renovate the building located at 400 Central Ave. for FCR.

The Great Falls Development Authority, who has been instrumental in assisting FCR with their grand opening, was represented by Jolene Schalper, the Director of Business Development, and Lillian Sunwall, Project Manager and Business Strategist. Also in attendance were Dr. Tony Artez, President of the University of Great Falls, and Dr. Susan J. Wolff of Great Falls College/Montana State University. More than 60 local business and community leaders were also in attendance, as well as FCR’s newest colleagues, who will be working in the new center.

“We’re so proud of everyone here locally in Great Falls and with our internal teams at FCR who put in a tremendous amount of work to get our newest center up and running,” said Katheryn Carnahan. “We’ve been looking forward to this day for a long time.”

John Stadter added, “We are really looking forward to bringing new jobs to the community of Great Falls, and FCR is excited to be a part of this great community. We’re confident we’ve chosen a great place to expand the company.”

“We can’t wait to start creating some of the best employment opportunities in the area, working with some of the best companies across the country,” said Matthew Achak. “When people think of great customer service, we want them think of FCR in Great Falls, Montana, just like they do now with our centers in Oregon.”

FCR received a grant from the Great Falls Business Improvement District for renovating the interior space of the new center. The company will begin holding its first training classes on June 8th and anticipates hiring approximately 100 new employees by the end of the year.

Headquartered in Oregon, with facilities in Roseburg, Grants Pass, Coos Bay, Veneta, Eugene, and Independence, and Great Falls, Montana, FCR has built a new class of high-quality, domestic-based contact center and business process outsourcing solutions. The company provides a wide range of outsourced call center and business process solutions to industries that include high tech, startups, mobile commerce, wireless, telecom, finance, insurance, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality, and various sectors of the new economy.
