FCR Selects Matt Trebb as New Group Vice President
COO Katheryn Carnahan To Retire After Leading FCR for 11 Years

Before joining FCR, Mr. Trebb served as the Vice President of Global Operations for FCR’s parent company, TTEC. Mr. Trebb began his career with TTEC in 2000 as an Operational Support Specialist in Ontario, Canada. He rose through the company’s ranks, serving in operations management and senior leadership roles over 20 years in Canada, Argentina, and the United States. A native of Canada, Trebb attended Laurentian University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. He later attended Western University, where he earned a Master of Arts degree. He currently resides in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife Julieta and their young son Aquiles.
