FCR Announces Promotion of Lori Ann Sullivan to Vice President of Human Resources

FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the promotion of Lori Ann Sullivan today to the position of Vice President of Human Resources.

Ms. Sullivan joined FCR in September of 2013 as the Director of Human Resources where she oversaw the organization’s Human Resources operations for all six of FCR’s site locations. Prior to joining FCR, Sullivan lead Human Resources and Recruiting  teams for companies that include Stream, TeleTech, and Ipreo. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Thiel College in 1990.
