FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the addition of Kelsey Moburg to the company’s Sales Team today. Ms. Moburg will serve as a Growth Manager and will work from the company’s location in Seattle, Washington.

A native of southern Indiana, Ms. Moburg made the move to Seattle from Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining FCR, she worked as a Sales Representative for Morgan Services, a textiles company that caters to the hospitality and healthcare industries. Moburg was named Member of the Year for Morgan Services in 2018 by her fellow colleagues. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management in 2016 from Indiana University.
