- John Stadter has been named Chief Executive Officer
- Matthew Achak has been named President
- Katheryn Carnahan has been named Chief Operating Officer
As FCR continues it’s exceptional growth, Mr. Stadter, Mr. Achak and Ms. Carnahan will, in their respective roles, continue to direct, manage and promote FCR’s ongoing executive level strategy.
FCR also announced today the addition of Sonya Stalberger as VP of Call Center Operations, reporting directly to Katheryn Carnahan. Sonya comes to FCR with over 20 years of call center operations experience with a particular expertise in managing multi site operations and as such will oversee operations of all five of FCR’s contact centers.
