FCR Announces Hiring of New Director of Workforce Planning


ROSEBURG, OR – April 15, 2015

FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the hiring of Sean Melvin as the new Director of Workforce Planning today.

Mr. Melvin joins FCR from his previous position as Workforce Manager for Mobile Mini, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. He has lived in the Phoenix area for the past fifteen years, working in the field of Workforce Management for companies that include Healthways, Continental Promotion Group, Cable Shopping Network, and Awareness Corporation. Melvin has over ten years of leadership experience with a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma process improvement. He will be moving to Eugene, Oregon, accompanied by his wife and two children, and will be working out of FCR’s Base Camp II office.
