FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the hiring of Tal Mashat today as the new Vice President of Operations for the company’s Southern region.

“Tal’s professional background and experience in contact centers and business process outsourcing is impressive,” said Katheryn Carnahan, COO of FCR. “He brings over 20 years of experience working in both BPO and captive sites in the insurance, telecom, travel, banking and finance industries.” Carnahan added, “Tal also brings his knowledge of off-shore outsourcing that FCR will use to enhance our own domestic outsourcing offerings to make them even more appealing to our clients.”
Mashat is a graduate of the University of Washington and also holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. He has passion for employee development, coaching, and developing world-class teams.
