FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced today the promotions of John Charley to the position of Chief Financial Officer, and Lynette Herlan to the position of Controller.

Mr. Charley joined FCR in 2011 as the Vice President of Finance where he oversaw the organization’s accounting and payroll departments and managed all financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, billing, cash flow management, purchasing, benefits, and payroll. Prior to coming on board at FCR, Charley brought to the company his extensive experience in institutional investment and consulting services.
“John has been critical to the success of our company, implementing new business processes, accounting and payroll systems, and utilizing his knowledge and background to meet our rapid growth demands,” said John Stadter, CEO of FCR.

Ms. Herlan joined FCR in March of 2014 as the Accounting Manager. Prior to FCR, she held various accounting positions with Wildlife Safari, Wicks Emmett, Roseburg Forest Products, and Head Start. Herlan also taught Accounting at Umpqua Community College for several years.
“Lynette has been an invaluable addition to FCR’s accounting department,” said Katheryn Carnahan, COO of FCR. “She has a wide-ranging background in accounting, working with many notable companies and organizations in the area. She has helped FCR develop new accounting processes that have been very beneficial as we continue to grow. We’re happy to have her as our new Controller.”
