FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the promotion today of Katheryn Carnahan to the the position of company President. Ms. Carnahan joined FCR in 2009, and previously assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for the company in May of 2014.
