EUGENE, Ore., December 19, 2019 – FCR, the premier provider of customer experience and business process solutions, announced today that it has promoted Scott Fessler to the position of Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Fessler joined FCR in 2018 as the Site Director of FCR’s contact center in Grants Pass, OR. He was quickly promoted to Sr. Director of Operations and focused on the company’s Southern Oregon and Montana contact center operations. Prior to joining FCR, Mr. Fessler had successful tenures as the Vice President of Customer Care for North American Bancard and as the Director of Workforce Management for First Data Corporation.
