FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the promotion today of Taylor Worth to the the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Worth joined FCR’s sales team in January of 2010, and previously assumed the role of Vice President of Sales for the company in September of 2014.
