FCR Narrows Search To Idaho For Newest Site Location

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

EUGENE, OR – May 30, 2019

FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced today that it has focused its search for their next contact center location to the state of Idaho. FCR is considering both the communities of Pocatello and Idaho Falls, as well as a few other small towns in Montana, for its next site and hopes to make a decision in late 2019, with a new site in place and operational by mid-2020.

“Now that our Butte, Montana center is nearly finished, and we are actively hiring colleagues for training classes and starting to fill that site, we need to start looking at our next location for FCR’s future growth and expansion,” said Matthew Achak, CEO and Co-Founder of FCR. He added, “There is so much demand right now from our existing as well as potential clients that we are already planning ahead to accommodate that need.”

Katheryn Carnahan, President of FCR, added, “Both Pocatello and Idaho Falls fit our model of bringing jobs to small and mid-sized communities, and both are similar in population size. Each community offers a unique profile of workforce demographics, city infrastructure, and economic development plans that are attractive to FCR. We will weigh our options with each city and then make the best decision for our company.”
