FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced the promotion today of Jennifer Clark to the the position of Vice President of Technology and Security. Ms. Clark joined FCR in October of 2016 as the Director of Information Technology.

Prior to joining FCR, Ms. Clark ran IT organizations for small to medium sized companies, primarily in the California Bay area. She has worked in various IT Leadership roles in the Retail, Real Estate, and Software industries for companies that include YesVideo, West Marine, and Intero Real Estate Services, Inc.
