EUGENE, Ore., February 2, 2022 – FCR, the premier provider of customer experience and business process solutions, announced the recent addition of Rich Long to its Operations team. Long will serve as the Senior Director of Operations, supporting FCR’s Hypergrowth client portfolio, expanding the support and service offerings for the company’s largest clients.

He added, “He brings over 28 years of of leadership experience in the BPO industry and the client-side of the business to FCR. Before joining FCR, Mr. Long served in various leadership and operations roles for Microsoft for 13 years, and another eight years for companies that include JDA Technical Services Group, Sitel, and Symantec. He most recently served as the VP of Talech Support with US Bank. Long began his career on the front-lines of the Customer Service industry as an agent and has managed nearly every role in the BPO support ecosystem, including operations, training, IT, quality, workforce management, reporting, vendor management, and Human Resources.
Mr. Long earned an MBA from the University of North Texas in Administrative Management, building on his undergraduate BBA double majors in Marketing and Management. He currently resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Kelly, and they have two grown children, Kylie and Cartter.
