FCR Selects Ryan Payne as Director of Leadership & Development

EUGENE, Ore., April 28, 2022 – FCR, the premier provider of customer experience and business process solutions, announced the recent addition of Ryan Payne to its Human Capital team. Payne will serve as the Director of Leadership & Development, supporting FCR’s client-facing and operations training, focusing on company-wide talent management, career pathing, and the development of programs that focus on leadership training, DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and career development.

“Ryan is a critical addition to our team,” said Christopher Martin, Sr. Director of Human Resources for FCR. He added, “He brings over a decade of experience in the contact center space and has spent the last four years supporting leadership and development and talent management initiatives in the healthcare industry. Ryan is a people-centric leader and has spent his career helping colleagues achieve their career goals, and that’s exactly the type of talent we are looking for. We are excited to see how he can enhance the colleague experience and the development of our leadership teams at FCR.” 

Mr. Payne comes to FCR from Premise Health. He served as the Director of Talent Management for the last four years and helped provide career pathing, succession planning, leadership development, and training for over 6,000 employees. Through targeted talent management processes, Payne was instrumental in improving colleague satisfaction, internal net promoter scores, growth and development scores, absenteeism, and attrition. 

Mr. Payne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with an emphasis in Marketing and Economics from the State University of New York College at Oswego. He currently resides in Newnan, Georgia.
