Ms. Hawkins has over 12 years of experience in call center operations. Prior to her coming on board at First Call Resolution, Maria was the Manager of Customer Service for FTD.com and before that, Retail Sales Manager for Charter Communications. She also worked at US Cellular at a Customer Service Supervisor.
