Mr. Charley brings to FCR 15 years of financial and entrepreneurial experience. His background includes consulting to some of the largest U.S. public entities concerning financial modeling, due diligence, and corporate oversight. He is particularly skilled at quantitative modeling, applied optimization, and risk management. Mr. Charley received his Masters of Business Administration Cum Laude from the University of Washington and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, in recognition of his ranking in the top 20% of his graduating class.
