Mr. Eckles comes to FCR with over 10 years of high level sales management experience. Most recently his positions included Sales Manager at P&L Specialties in Santa Rosa, CA and prior to that Sales Manager for AWS in Windsor, CA.

Ms. Carnahan has 19 years of experience in call center operations. Most recently, she was the Director of Customer Service for CD Baby. Prior to that, she had worked in high level call center and operational management positions for US Cellular as well as Starbucks Coffee Company.
