First Call Resolution Announces Promotion of Mike Rice & Aaron Grusi

ROSEBURG OR – January 1, 2014

First Call Resolution, a premier provider of live agent call center and businesses process outsourcing solutions to the social media, wireless, telecom, internet, health care, medical, merchant services, finance, travel, high tech, transportation, insurance and other industries, announced last month the promotions of both Mike Rice and Aaron Grusi. Mike Rice, the Site Director in Coos Bay, is being promoted to Director of the Veneta Call Center and Aaron Grusi, former Training & Quality Manager, will be promoted to Director of the Coos Bay Center.

The Veneta site will open in mid-January and Mike will spearhead its connection to the Veneta / Eugene Community and help the center grow.  “We expect the Veneta center to eventually be at around 300 people.  Congratulation to Mike – he has done an outstanding job making FCR a destination employer in Coos Bay and leading a culture of excellence there with his colleagues.  We look forward to him doing the same in Veneta,” Katheryn Carnahan, Senior VP, shared.

Aaron started with FCR as the Training & Quality Manager and recently transitioned to Program Manager in the Roseburg center.  Aaron has over 15 years of call center & customer service experience.  He is extremely focused on developing his teams and doing excellent work for our customers. Aaron and Mike will be working closely together over the next 6 weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
