First Call Resolution Announces Richard Vance as IS Manager

ROSEBURG, OR – May 2, 2011

Mr. Vance comes to FCR with over 10 years of systems development experience, including developing database, j2ee, ERP, and datawarehousing solutions for Xactware, Sharp Analytics, and CrimeReports.com. Prior to that, he worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young in Seattle, WA. Mr. Vance graduated summa cum laude from BYU’s top-ranked masters of accountancy program and did further doctoral studies in information systems at the University of Minnesota. He has also taught programming, business, and math classes at the university, high school, and middle school level.
