FCR, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced today that it has added Stephanie Marshall as the Director of its new contact center in Butte, Montana.

Prior to joining FCR, Ms. Marshall oversaw Montana State University’s Foundation call center, and also managed a large team for Stream International in Kalispell, Montana. She later went on to pursue leadership roles in local and state government, and most recently served as a Program Manager in the non-profit human services industry, overseeing housing and homeless services and youth empowerment programs. Ms. Marshall earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Montana State University in Bozeman.
