FCR Announces Hiring of New Vice President of IT

ROSEBURG, OR – August 27, 2014

First Call Resolution, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions to the new economy, telecom and internet, health care, medical, e-retail services, finance, travel, high tech, transportation, insurance and other industries announced the hiring of Jared Cheney as the new Vice President of IT.

Mr. Cheney received his BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Electrical Engineering through the University Honors Program at Portland State University. He is also fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
