COO Katheryn Carnahan To Retire After Leading FCR for 11 Years
EUGENE, Ore., December 1, 2020 – FCR, the premier provider of customer experience and business process solutions, announced the selection of Matt Trebb as its new Group Vice President of Operations. The selection comes following the decision of COO Katheryn Carnahan to retire from the company at the end of 2020. Ms. Carnahan has led FCR through a period of rapid growth and expansion for the past 11 years. Mr. Trebb will take on Ms. Carnahan’s previous role as COO following a period of transition.
“Matt’s area of expertise within TTEC has been helping to scale outsource relationships with fast-growing start-ups and disruptors,” said Matthew Achak, President and Co-founder of FCR. “We feel that, given Matt’s experience in this area, he will be a natural fit at FCR. He will be instrumental in helping us improve and better utilize our infrastructure and capabilities for our clients going forward, as well as scale our solutions. Before joining FCR, Mr. Trebb served as the Vice President of Global Operations for FCR’s parent company, TTEC. Mr. Trebb began his career with TTEC in 2000 as an Operational Support Specialist in Ontario, Canada. He rose through the company’s ranks, serving in operations management and senior leadership roles over 20 years in Canada, Argentina, and the United States. A native of Canada, Trebb attended Laurentian University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. He later attended Western University, where he earned a Master of Arts degree. He currently resides in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife Julieta and their young son Aquiles.
