“After extensive due diligence, FCR has decided to locate our newest administrative office building at 406 NE Winchester Street in Roseburg, across the street from our existing headquarters”, commented John Stadter, President and Managing Partner of First Call Resolution. “Roseburg has proven to be an outstanding locale for our first call center and as we continue our rapid growth and add our 4th site, we believe it will be the perfect place to house our newest administrative offices. We have acquired the site and are in the process of renovation. We expect the building to be fully operational by early November.”
Continued Mr. Stadter, “FCR estimates that once this newest facility build-out has been completed, the new administrative office will eventually house approximately 100 additional support agents in addition to the entire executive leadership team. The close proximity to our existing Roseburg call center was one of the reasons we chose the site.”
